Wrapping Up
My process for completing content this week has just been a
lot of turning on some music, sitting down and writing for a few hours. Once I had
something that I felt was good enough for my final project, I would go through
and harshly edit the work I had just done to ensure that it was really good
enough to be included. This is a process that I have used for a few years now.
It has never let me down before, so I am hoping that I will not be much different
with this project.
As we near the end of the semester, I am obviously very nervous
about finishing my project and getting graded on my work. However, I am also
very relieved that the stress of this project will soon come to an end. I have
really enjoyed working on the project, but it is no secret that it can be unbelievably
stressful, considering that the entirety of this class has led up to this
project’s completion.
Hey Drew, looking at your website I really like the design and layout you choose to use. It's cool that when you click on your website's writing it brings you to the corresponding blog post. I wouldn’t be too nervous because looking at your website everything looks really good. I agree that after this week all of us can finally breathe a little better because we will no longer have this project to stress about. I hope you finish strong and can’t wait to see the complete final version.

I know it's not very helpful to say "don't stress too much" but I hope you'll try to rest assured knowing you've put in a lot of strong work already this semester. Hang in there- you're almost done!
ReplyDeleteI like what you have done with the project, I am in the same position with work total and I think everyone is. We just gotta keep our head to the grindstone and keep working.

ReplyDeleteIt is good to have a process when it comes to working on creative assignments, and it seems like you have found one that works. I think that many other students are in a similar position when it comes to the increased workload at this latter of the project.
Hey Drew! I think a lot of us can relate to looking forward to the stress ending, no matter how much we've enjoyed working on this project! I've found myself in a similar situation, where everything is planned out, it's now just a matter of sitting down, focusing, and just getting everything written. I really like the layout you've set op for your project so far. I think you'll be fine as long as you keep working and finish strong!
ReplyDeleteHey Drew. I never thought of using an artist for my final project, but you took it and it has worked really well. I like how you also made some of the stuff linked to your blog posts about that topic. It's also good to see that you used white text so it could pop with the theme colors you chose.
